Our Facilities & Maintenance Department offers a comprehensive suite of services to ensure the seamless functioning and upkeep of properties. The dedicated maintenance team comprises skilled professionals providing on-call services for Building Managers, Cleaners, Security Guards, Electricians, Plumbers, and Gardeners.
Additional services include generator servicing, fuel provision, water reservoir cleaning, swimming pool servicing, lift maintenance, and fire extinguisher refilling, all carried out periodically for comprehensive facility management. The team's expertise guarantees the property's smooth operation and a well-maintained environment.
FMD Services
Building Manager
On-call basis, responsible for maintaining various registers, overseeing support staff efficiency, communicating effectively with clients and headquarters, and monitoring Electro-Mechanical Equipment.
Electrician
On-call basis, tasked with solving electrical problems, inspecting and troubleshooting electrical lines and equipment as required.
Plumber
On-call basis, responsible for fixing plumbing issues and inspecting all sanitary fittings and plumbing lines as needed.
Gardener
On-call basis, responsible for watering, nourishing, and trimming plants, maintaining garden areas, and performing fertilizing, mowing, and weeding tasks.
Cleaner
Three times a week, responsible for garbage collection, maintaining hygienic indoor and outdoor spaces through dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping.
Security Guards
On-call basis, managing traffic flow, facilitating employee and authorized visitor entrance and exit, maintaining registers, and ensuring building security.
